Jon R. Borenstein
Chief Executive Officer
With over thirty- five years of Management and leadership experience, Jon served as the Director of Operations for eight years upon joining PBC in 2001, and thereafter was promoted to President and CEO of PBC in 2008. As CEO, Jon is heavily involved in the daily operations of PBC and continues to develop and institute strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives, while promoting revenue and profitability growth.
Mike H. Hoefnagels
VP of Sales & Marketing
Mike Hoefnagels serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for PBC Companies. Joining the company in 1988, Mike brings over thirty years of vast knowledge and industry experience to PBC in directing PBC’s Sales and Business Development teams. A great deal of the company’s marketing and branding can be attributed to Mike’s unparalleled ability for client relationship management and development. Mike also plays a key role in customer service, client retention, estimating, and contract negotiations.
Timothy Joseph Angelo
VP of Construction Operations
Much of PBC’s quality of work and development can be attributed to Tim’s vast knowledge of concrete construction and field operations. Since 1989 Tim has been assisting PBC in developing superb quality and craftsmanship by directing construction field operations and PBC’s crews. Tim began his career as an apprentice and has since supervised all aspects of construction and production; he was named Vice President of Construction in 2011 and continues to serve in that capacity.

Founders of Peterson Brothers Construction, Inc., Elden and Kerry have over fifty years of construction and concrete experience, spending countless hours in both the field and in business operations. They started the company in 1983, and worked diligently to establish the company as a leader of the industry. Peterson Brothers Construction, Inc. was sold to the employees in 2011 and remains a proud Employee Owned Organization.
